Thank You

This week I was feeling a little down and a neighbor just brought me over some  homemade bread it really made my day! So I wanted to make her a nice card to say Thanks.
I made this card from the layout challenge Come and Get it and only used the  Wild Card Cartridge for the thank you part the rest is just paper, ribbons and three little flower brads.  I hope she enjoys it as much as I enjoyed the Bread

Beach Bum

A few weeks ago we went to Sand Hollow with some friends to have a picnic and enjoy the nice sun shiny day.  As it has been a very cold and wet winter seeing the sun and being at the lake was something we all needed.  My boys thought that is was the best thing in the world. We had a hard time getting Kenny out of the water and even Nathan just wanted to sit in the water and splash all day.  At least until he got tired and fell asleep. I can't wait to get the photo's on it :)

The sun: 7.75" from the Gypsy Wanderings Cartridge. I Cut it once regular and then hid the inside cut out and cut it again for the orange background.

My Dad Rocks

Here is a Fathers Day card I made using the Disney's Hannah Montana Cartridge The Guitar is 2.5 inches and the font is one inch and I used the shadow feature on both of them to make them stand out more. I just used a simple ribbon on the side to add the finishing touches.
-Happy Fathers Day

Mommies Monkeys

My two little boys love to jump in Nathans crib and I figure they can't fall out so I let them.  I made this page using Create a critter cartridge for the monkey and the vines.  The monkey's are done at 2.5 inches and so are the vines.  I did the wording with Gypsy Font and it is 1" high then I used the K_E Feature to hook them together. For the back ground of the pages check out my tips and tricks to see how to do this!

Rubber Ducky

Rubber Ducky

This page was a lot of fun, I made this page for Nathan from his nine month photos.  I used the doodle charms for the duck  he is about 4" and Winnie the pooh font cartridge to make Winnie the Pooh he is about 5" and made with all the cute layers that come with him.

Thanks a Mellon

Thanks a Melon

I made this card using the
"Just because Cartridge"  For the card it's self I just picked my favorite design.  For the Thanks a melon I did it 3.25" and for the watermelon I  made it  4.25" on the melon I used my cats eye ink and put a small brown layer around everything and I drew just some different size dots on the red to make it look like seeds.  A simple ribbon on the left and a eyelet on top and bottom to hold it in place.

Happy Crafting!
